Brownie Pops

100 Brownie Pops in 3 days? No problem. I just love making these little pops. I think I might like them even more than the cake pops because they are not too sweet.  I also have a easier time shaping them.  The only “down” side is they are so dark that you have to double dip. The brownie pops were for my little cousin’s school homecoming dance. Their theme was “Candy Land” so I made the pops out of pretty candy colors and sprinkled them with the same color sugar sprinkles. I made my own little disposable display from some cake boards and ribbon spool I had. I think all in all they turned out pretty good. They were a big hit….. now onto the next treat…
